I built my first commercial website back in the mid-90s, on 28.8k dial-up internet access at a time when the unofficial Gillan Anderson fan page was the highest trafficked website on the internet.
My postgraduate qualifications obtained in the 2000s include a Grad Dip in Digital Media, and Masters in Communication Design with my thesis on Usability and Accessibility on Mobile Phones.
Usability and Accessibility have been my passion since 1999, and soon after obtaining my Master's Degree, I started helping local organisations by leading large digital User Experience Design (UxD) projects, and Product Owner of large websites, intranets and digital platforms.
With online experience across three decades, it's inconceivable that I wouldn't have established a systematic method focusing on target users and their requirements, that provides realistic contexts and insights to design and conversion processes, to deliver growth online.
